What to expect in your first session

The first session we’ll start by talking / listening and understanding what’s on your heart and mind. We’ll discuss what’s been going on for you in your life, your concerns, your aches and pains. We’ll look into any relevant medical history to ensure treatment is just what you need. Sessions are always confidential and each is unique.
We can then move onto 90 minutes massage to release tension and relieve physical pain.

Then if you choose, we can talk again, or play or explore feelings and emotions with curiosity. This is not “coaching”, but instead is “allowing and supporting”. I use reflective listening to fully understand you, I can use de-armouring body-work techniques to support you in finding your own release-and-flow. I provide intuitive care, curiosity love and compassion. I also find great wisdom in simple truthfulness. We finish with a short period of decompression to help us re-adjust back to “normality”.
